I had an outstanding experience at Epic Brain Centers. The entire staff was incredibly kind and professional, and they genuinely cared about my progress. Since starting treatment, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my brain fog, sleep, and overall confidence, especially as an active-duty military service member. These changes have made a real difference in my daily life. I truly believe this type of treatment is the future of brain health, and I think it will become much more popular as more people experience the benefits that I have. I’m grateful for the care I received and highly recommend Epic Brain Centers.

The EPIC Brain Center has been nothing short of life-changing for me. I have made more progress in just a few short weeks with being treated by their cutting-edge EMBP technology than all other modalities that I’ve tried combined over the course of my near decades long battle with mental health (anxiety, depression, ptsd, etc). The entire team at EPIC is great and you can tell they have a passion for their work by how well they treat their clientele. Could not recommend enough!

Our family is incredibly grateful for Epic Brain Centers. They have been a blessing in our daughter’s life. Our 17-year-old daughter has struggled with anorexia and depression since she was about 12 years old. By the time we came to Epic, her eating disorder was relatively stable with ongoing support, but depression was still one of her biggest battles. She would go through episodes that felt almost impossible to break through. After her very first brain treatment, we noticed an improvement in her mood. By the end of her first round of treatments, the change was significant—not only in how she felt day to day, but also on her EEG. Because there was still room for improvement, we completed a second round of treatments. Again, her EEG improved, but even more importantly, so did her quality of life. It has now been a few weeks since finishing treatment, and the changes have lasted. She still has normal ups and downs like anyone else, but the prolonged, debilitating depression that once defined so much of her life is gone. We have watched our daughter regain joy, resilience, and emotional stability. One of the sweetest changes has been seeing her sense of humor emerge. Before depression took hold, she was a fun, silly little girl. For years, that lightness seemed to disappear. Now we’re seeing her playfulness and clever wit afresh. Hearing her laugh, make jokes, and enjoy life again has been one of the greatest gifts to our family. We originally pursued treatment because anorexia is often associated with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, and we hoped it might help address some of those underlying patterns as well. While her eating disorder still requires ongoing support, she has continued maintaining a healthy weight, and we are thankful for the progress she has made. I also completed two rounds of treatment to improve my sleep, and I experienced noticeable improvement along with positive changes on my EEG. Our son completed one round to help with focus and dyslexia-related challenges. His EEG also showed improvement, and while his spelling difficulties remain, he feels his focus has improved. None of us experienced any negative side effects. Beyond the treatment itself, the people at Epic made a lasting impression on us. Jordan, Jeff, Ellie, and Dr. Gonzalez treated our family with genuine kindness, compassion, and respect. They were flexible with scheduling, easy to communicate with, and truly cared about our well-being. It was awesome getting to know them. Every person’s experience will be different, but for our daughter, these treatments were truly life-changing. We are deeply thankful to the entire team at Epic Brain Centers. We hope they will be blessed and that many more people will be blessed through them.

Me, before EPIC: I felt frustrated, stuck, scared. I’d experienced four years and five months of ups and downs… Longer than I was in high school Longer than it took to complete my undergrad degree That’s how long my health and my stamina were up and down and ever so elusive. Persistent brain fog. Life interrupting fatigue. So.Many.Life.Adjustments to my work flow and social life. Trying to find a sweet spot to get grounded and move forward! So.Many.Setbacks! So discouraged. I’m in remission from Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and get monthly infusions to support my immune system. I have Essential Tremor (think Katherine Hepburn) and sometimes, when the meds are off, they EXHAUST me. And, among a number of viruses and other infections, I had COVID 3x, starting on Jan. 1, 2022, with the last one in August 2025. During my March visits with my docs (I have a collection of them!), I began to discuss Long COVID as a line that runs through all the other physical and cognitive struggles. Also in March, my PCP told me I needed to retire because my brain and body were just too stressed. Part of me said YES! because I was so tired, and everything felt like such an effort! Part of me said NO WAY because I’m me, an over-achiever who still has people to meet, words to write, places to see and things to do!! My friend, Dr. Judi Kosterman reached out to let me know Dr. Jin had developed the brain treatment protocol for Long COVID that is in clinical trials at Mayo Clinic. She invited me to visit her in Reno (from North Texas) and get state of the art treatment for my tired brain at EPIC. Was I interested? Um, yes! I wanted my brain back! Executive function and conceptual processing! Words, I wanted words back! And I wanted my mental and physical energy levels to move beyond a slog!! The good news is, after my treatment at EPIC, for the first time in a long time, I believe that many good days are ahead. Me, after EPIC: I’m stronger in so many ways! • My mind is clear. • My words are (mostly!) back. I can have long conversations and not be searching for easy words. In fact, I mostly feel confident having complex conversations!!! • My mental and physical energy levels surprise and amaze me every day. And, my signature sassiness has returned!! I’m forever grateful to Jordan, Jeff and Ellie for their warm and caring approach to treatment. They treat each of us as if we were the only ones that matter! And to Dr. Jin, Judi and the Brain Health Leadership Foundation for their tireless work to keep moving brain research and treatment forward. God Speed good people!

Honestly I’m still in shock from how much this treatment saved me from a dark place. When you receive a miracle that helps you access living life again and accessing your true self …it’s truly so hard to put it into words and integrate such a sudden change. To give you a little context, before June 8th I was in a dark place mentally. I had been on SSRIs for a big portion of my adult life (7 years). I recently tapered off of them over the course of 7 months before my treatment and was off of them for almost 2 months. Once I began tapering off of them I became a shell of myself, from the most mundane tasks, to intimacy with my significant other. The bodily sensations and the feeling of being in overwhelm & severe anxiety was an everyday thing. I never thought that I would be able to live a normal life again without being back on SSRIs but after the treatment, I can attest that the team here at EPIC Brain Centers knows what they are doing and the technology that they have developed have truly transformed my life for the better. I used to need about 12 hours of sleep to feel rested and to feel energized, now I only need an average of 7-8 (like a normal person). I still have anxiety but I will say my anxiety has become more manageable. The fact I was able to navigate a new town being downtown walking to treatment and driving to parks for walks was HUGE. Normally the sensory and anxiety would be too much for my nervous system to handle. Three weeks post treatment: I have much more mental energy, and continuing to allow my body to build that capacity for life again. I feel like my goofy self again – my partner said, “I have my Kate back again”. I’m able to have intimacy again. I’m grounded in my body, and touch doesn’t feel like an attack on my nervous system anymore. I’m able to leave my house and go on walks/errands without anxiety or sensory overload. Life feels so much more accessible, like it’s mine to live verses suffering constantly. Yes, there are ebbs and flows with healing in general, but I know I’m in such a better place, and it’s only just the beginning. Thank you Dr.Jin, Dr.Gonzalez, Judy, Jordan, Jeff, and Ellie. Your team has a heart of pure gold.

We are so incredibly grateful to have found Epic Brain Center. We brought our 16-year-old son in for post-concussion syndrome, which had led to severe depression and anxiety. Honestly, we saw a huge difference after just one treatment. Jordan, Jeff, and Ellie are so friendly and welcoming; they made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. We are so grateful to have our son back and would highly recommend them to any family looking for help!

I am extremely grateful for the super grand team that serves at Epic Brain Center in Reno! I’ve completed my first EMBP session delivered (and assisted) by Jeff, Jordan, and Ellie, throughout different points of my treatment. Each provider of my treatments contributed a great sense of hope, encouragement, and counsel to me, which helped me to learn so much about “the brain”. I greatly appreciated the stories shared with myself by team members–success stories of their own EMBP journey. I remember the exact moment, during the early portion of my second week of treatments, when I first experienced a feeling of genuine peace and presence that one experiences when feeling “settled” inside. That was a moment that added great confidence to being able to experience the “taken for granted” sense of peace that I lived with for the vast majority of my life, prior to my need for treatment offered at EPIC. What had, for too long, become a normal sense of trembling nerves for myself, had now transformed (through the EPIC treatments) into my experiencing a sense of internal peace and quiet! This first moment of such peace gave me great hope for “having more of it, and…I am! I feel encouraged and joyful today (and yesterday), and anticipate such for tomorrow too! I shared this feeling of healing with my daughter after sitting with it for a few days, and thanked her for being the one who introduced me to this service (which hopefully will become more widely available, out there, in the not too distant future). The journey that led to my finding EPIC began with my being unable to rid myself of lasting and pervasive anxiety. My going through each treatment was like shedding layers of anxiety, and, “discomfort in my own skin” kind of feelings, which had been around for too long. I described my anxiety to the team as feeling jittery on a regular basis. When completing my last session, I recall expressing a noticeable sense of presence and light-heartedness–and jitteriness was completely gone! I am a 68-year-old woman and I, now, feel like I am gaining years back, and am smiling more. I am committed to keeping this spirit through practicing those things that bring me peace, which include planned outings and lots of walking! I am thankful to the team for the space they held for me in being able to improve in this healthy way, the high level of professionalism through which they deliver, the lifestyle coaching they led through my treatments to aid in my understanding of how to live the best life for my having a brain that is healthy and well taken care of, and, for their being great examples of having been on this journey, themselves. I love EPIC, its staff, and the results of the services they provide. EPIC assists, significantly, in having people who need such support, become more able to enjoy their lives. Thank you so much, EPIC! Most sincerely, Paula

I am so proud of my mom for trusting me to bring her to Epic Brain Center in Reno! I was so blessed to meet Jeff, one of their Neuro Technicians. After reading and watching videos on their website and doing my own research on EMBP, I couldn’t wait to encourage my mom to get started! Since her treatments, I have noticed her experiencing a growing sense of peace and I am excited to see the ways in which this manifests for her. This treatment has been a huge breakthrough in both of our lives as I’ve been blessed to experience the benefits that my Mom has been showing. My Mom’s journey with you all has been healing. Thank you Jeff, Jordan and Ellie for the amazing things you all are doing and for making us feel like family in the process. You all are so wonderful and I’m just so thankful. ~Nia

Hi! My name is Gwen and I did treatment at EPIC Brain Centers LLC. My experience there was amazing, everyone that works there is super nice and fun to be around. They made me feel super comfortable and made me feel like I could be myself. I was really struggling with depression and anxiety and the treatment I went through helped so so much. What helped even more was being able to talk freely about my feelings and being in a safe space with no judgement. Not only did it make me feel better and happier, I made amazing new friends. Im super grateful I got to experience this and get better with no struggle. Thank you guys!
